Refund policy

Returns

We do accept returns with 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition with the tag still attached. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds issued back to the original method of payment. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. ( Valerosa Boutique ) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Exchanges and Returns

If you would like to exchange or return your item:

1. Follow the instructions on the return page  2. Ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery  3. Exchanges available only for US orders.   

International Returns

We do accept international returns but we will not issue the return the purchase price until the item gets to our offices. 

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.  If your item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.  But please contact us (admin@shop-valerosa.com) if you have any problems with your order. 

Conditions of exchanges and returns: Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, and will not be eligible for an exchange or return.  *International customers are responsible for any additional fees (in case that exists) charged by their country.
