Thank you for shopping with Valerosa! We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time:
- Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays. We are a small business that values quality time with with family. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If you have an urgent TAT, please reach out to ensure we can get your products out in time. 

Shipping Methods:
- We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping methods and rates are calculated based on your location and the items in your order.

Tarriffs: All orders ship directly from USA and no additional tarriffs will be applied to you order unless you are shipping outside of the USA. 

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.  

Local Pick-Up: At this time we only offer local pickup on a case-by-case basis. If you are local to Raleigh, NC, please reach on on Instagram or via admin@shop-valerosa.com to coordinate. 

Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs during checkout before finalizing your purchase. We do offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 with a promo code (SHIPFREE). 

International Shipping:
- We currently offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing times may also affect delivery times.

Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Valerosa is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
